WHAT TO EXPECT

This is our signature tour, the one that leaves you breathless from the scenery, not from the uphill.

Our shop is located <2 miles from the Historic Highway State Trail(car-free),Twin Tunnels.

Best proximity in town, pedal out of our driveway, turn left and arrive at the visitors center.

Pedal along the Historic Highway (no vehicles), stopping to admire the scenic vistas, geology and Oregon history. Depending on wind, weather, and season, there will be options...from U-pick orchards, a small hike to a waterfall and wildflowers, coffee and lunch or perhaps imbibe in the estate grown wineries. A tour that creates lasting memories and has you wondering why there isn't an e-bike in your garage.

Our full itinerary shares details of Rowena Crest overlook (be aware of strong winds)making that option approximately +/- 27 miles, out and back. You have the ability to turn around and return at any point along the way. Half of this tour stays in the shade during summer and is on a paved bike path (Historic Highway) with no vehicles offering a peaceful and enjoyable experience.

Hood River Fruit Loop

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our shop headquarters are located <2 miles to begin your journey into the 'Fruit Loop'.

Pedal out our driveway, turn left and you will be on your way.

Making your way towards the most iconic view of Mount Hood in the entire Hood River Valley is rewarding enough on an e-bike. It only gets better, as you pedal along quiet country roads and exploring the bounty of fruit markets, U-pick orchards, and wineries/cider houses. Continuing along the ‘Fruit Loop’, adventurous riders may have their sights set on the Hood River Lavender Farm, time to refresh amongst the lavender scented fields with double mountain views. More than once we have heard "This place looks and feels like Tuscany".

This full itinerary will cover +/-22 miles at a moderate pace and the e-bikes will make the effort minimal. Be aware there are a couple of uphill/downhill sections that do require physical attention. This is rural country roads with NO shoulder with a good amount of sun and wind exposure.
